We celebrate the unexpected in the craft of whisky – and our latest proof of that is the rare Sweet Toast casks. These casks bring a bright color and light, sweet-toasted notes. To balance the sweetness, we've blended them with whisky aged in Sauternes casks, creating a unique flavor profile with clear expressions of both the sweet and the toasted. Raise your glass for a sweet toast!
Dark, golden yellow.
Notes of vanilla, honeydew melon, pineapple, mango, and mandarin zest, accompanied by roasted nuts reminiscent of orange chocolate and marzipan.
Pronounced tannins and a touch of smokiness give the whisky structure and evoke the image of a box of the finest cigars from Havana. The finish is long and flavorful, with hints of ripe sweet-and-sour fruit, toasted bread, chocolate, and leather.

Glendronach Revival 15 is a prime example of what a sherry-aged whisky should be. It's a flattering and flavorful whisky perfect for those who appreciate rich and slightly heavier whisky varieties. It's a true dessert whisky, both on its own as a digestif with all its sweet flavor notes, but also as a drink with apple pie, vanilla ice cream, and fruit desserts. To fully appreciate the flavors, Glendronach Revival should be enjoyed with a few drops of water. It's important to store the whisky upright and in a dark place, preferably in its tube.
Portsoy is something quite unusual: a smoky and peaty whisky from northern Scotland. Such whisky was made in the Highlands and Speyside before 1950, before the great demand for unpeated malt from the blended whisky industry closed the malting floors and changed the distilleries' recipes.
To compose Benriach The Thirty, master blender Rachel Barrie has used 30-year-old whisky and four different types of casks. The color is dark mahogany and the aroma reveals notes of plum, orange chocolate, walnuts, and a gentle and pleasant Benriach smoke. The taste features sublime honeyed tones, dark chocolate, and raisins, enhanced with layers of mature oak, cask, and vinous notes from the aging process. In the finish, dark fruits, walnuts, and a velvety, long, complex, and lightly smoky honeyed finish emerge.
Islay Mist has a fascinating history that takes us back to the golden age of blended whisky and to an Islay far removed from the world-famous tourist destination the peaty little Hebridean whisky island has become today. Islay Mist is one of the most awarded blended whiskies and brings together the best of Scotland’s whisky regions – the smooth, velvety character of Speyside and the bold, peaty power of Islay. The aroma is mild and peaty with notes of tobacco, toasted bread, hazelnuts, dark chocolate, and heather honey. The palate offers a pleasantly smoky profile with ripe pears, baked apples, vanilla, and candied almonds. The finish is long and warming with hints of liquorice, charred oak, and a fading whisper of smoke.
